Ok.. I'm walking my butt off here. I hope this is doing wonders for getting my legs better prepared for running because it sure as hell isn't doing a whole lot for my weight loss. Most days sees me walking 30 minutes in the morning and 60 more in the evening. I'm pretty well convinced that a single 30 minute run would burn more calories. I'm not waiting until January to start running. I'm starting in December.
Oh, and I'm going to start a weight lifting routine as well. Now that I'm losing the torso fat, I need to start building/firming muscles.
