Awesome progress was made in Cycle 1. My Cycle 1 starting Max Reps was 8 Reps. My Cycle 2 starting Max Reps is 23 Reps. I almost trippled my max reps. That's pretty good.
Running is going well. I'm doing about 20 mins a day plus my normal morning walk. I want to get to 20 mins 6 days a week before I try to start increasing the duration.
I only have 15 days left to try to hit my stretch goal of 189 by Christmas day. I don't see it happening, but I'll keep trying.
