Had me a good 'ol fashioned pity party

Yesterday sucked, bad. Big depression day. Meals sucked. Workout sucked. Ya.

I'm good now though, and back at it. I REALLY want to get my average into the 180's by March. Like I always say on this thing "it should be possible". Getting it done, however, is a LOT tougher.

To all you newbies losing like 10 pounds a month, ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS! The road becomes a LOT slower and tougher as you get closer to the end. It's like having a super steep hill in the last 2 miles. Just when you're running out of steam, they throw the hill at you. Most tumble back down, and put all the weight back on. The strong push through and see it to the end.

I'm trying to be strong.

Dude, you've got it, man. If I can keep at this thing, then you've got a much better chance of surviving than I do. Don't let yourself get discouraged by those of us just starting shedding pounds early. I've hit a bit of a brick wall myself in that department, and it's now going to be ab uphill battle to keep at it. You've got way more resolve and determination than I could ever hope to have, so just keep doing what you're doing.

Thanks again for all your help and support. I couldn't have gotten to where I am even now without your example, teaching and motivation. You rock, man!!

You are the superman of the family. Keep up the work, I know you had a bad day and we all have them. But you have over come so much already that I have no doubt that the 180 average is totally doable for you by march!

Yeah it is cool losing 10lbs a week but I am still trying to play catch up. And you are the one that started all this mad craze for myself, my mom and dad, Scott, and other friends that you talked about.

Dont feel bad about one bad day! You have made a whole life style change and are a HUGE inspiration to the rest of us that just started.

Keep up the crazy awesome progress stud. You will have you beach body in no time. Shot I think you already have it. Take care and keep the good runns going. Beleive me I wish I could do 6 mile runns right now.
